Welcome to Aillux! This Developer Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the guidelines, rules, and responsibilities that apply to all developers who access, use, or integrate with the Aillux platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using any developer tools, APIs, or services provided by Aillux, you agree to comply with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all individuals, companies, and other entities (“Developers”) that interact with or develop on the Aillux Platform. By using our APIs, services, or resources, Developers agree to abide by these guidelines.
2. Access and Use of Developer Tools
- Authorization and Access: Aillux’s developer tools and APIs are granted at Aillux’s discretion. All Developers must obtain authorization before using Aillux’s APIs, SDKs, or other development resources.
- API and Documentation: Developers must use Aillux’s APIs as documented. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass authentication are strictly prohibited.
- Permitted Use: Developer access is provided solely for creating applications, plugins, or tools that enhance user experience and functionality on Aillux. Any other use is prohibited unless expressly approved by Aillux in writing.
3. Data Access and Privacy
- Data Use: Developers may access Aillux data only to the extent necessary for building and maintaining applications that integrate with the Platform. All data accessed through Aillux APIs or tools must be used solely for the purposes authorized by Aillux.
- User Privacy: Developers must comply with all applicable data protection laws and ensure that any user data obtained from the Platform is handled under our Privacy Policy.
- Data Security: Developers must implement security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. This includes data encryption, secure storage, and robust access controls.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Aillux Content: All content, data, trademarks, and other intellectual property on Aillux remain the exclusive property of Aillux. Developers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Aillux content solely to develop applications that interact with our Platform.
- Developer Content: By developing on Aillux, Developers do not gain ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Aillux. Developers may not use any Aillux trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent from Aillux.
- Third-Party Content: If using third-party services or content within Aillux applications, Developers must obtain the necessary permissions or licenses.
5. Prohibited Actions
- Unauthorized Data Collection: Developers may not collect, scrape, or otherwise gather data from Aillux users or the Platform in unauthorized ways.
- Malware or Harmful Code: Developers must ensure that applications or tools do not introduce malware, spyware, or any other malicious code into the Aillux Platform or user devices.
- Spamming and Exploitation: Developers are prohibited from using Aillux’s Platform to distribute spam, engage in abusive behavior, or exploit users for unauthorized commercial gains.
6. Security Requirements
- Application Security: Developers must implement security best practices, including but not limited to using secure coding standards, performing regular vulnerability assessments, and keeping applications updated to protect against security threats.
- Incident Reporting: If a Developer discovers or suspects any security vulnerability within their application or the Aillux Platform, they must report it immediately by visiting our Contact Us page.
7. Compliance and Legal Obligations
- Compliance with Laws: Developers agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws, when using Aillux’s Platform.
- User Rights: Developers must respect user rights, including the right to data privacy. Any data collected or processed by Developers on behalf of Aillux users must be handled transparently and lawfully.
8. Changes to the Developer Policy
- Aillux reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Developers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Aillux’s developer tools following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination and Suspension
- Termination of Access: Aillux reserves the right to revoke access to its APIs, SDKs, and other developer resources if a Developer violates this Policy or any related Aillux terms.
- Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, all developer access to Aillux’s APIs and data must cease immediately, and any data obtained through the Platform must be deleted unless otherwise instructed by Aillux.
